Key Projects
Agentic AI Operations Platform
Built a multi-agent AI system capable of performing autonomous operations with intelligent decision-making and task orchestration using LangGraph and LangChain. Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce user permissions across agent actions, ensuring only authorized agents execute sensitive operations. Integrated wisened action guards to validate and constrain agent behavior within safe operational boundaries, preventing unintended side effects. Deployed on Kubernetes with full observability via structured logging and tracing.
RAG-based Document Intelligence System
Built an advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system using LangChain, vector databases, and LLMs for intelligent document querying and analysis. Implemented semantic search with embeddings and context-aware responses.
User Behavior & Sentiment Profiling Platform
Developed microservices for behavior monitoring and profile enrichment using BERT, VADER, and GPT for advanced NLP-driven sentiment and morality analysis. Architected event-driven data pipelines with FastAPI and Python, storing enriched behavioral profiles in MongoDB for downstream analytics. Implemented real-time morality and sentiment classification models for user profiling and content moderation at scale, containerized with Docker for portable deployment.
Sumo Automated Management System (SAMS)
Automated log and metrics correlation to support DevOps operations using SUMO Logic and FastAPI. Delivered executive dashboards for real-time system health monitoring.
